Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are caused by things such as lifting, pushing, and pulling of a heavy object. As well as bending and reaching overhead in the wrong way or even sitting in your chair improperly. Injuries at work cause a lot of lost and/or restricted work time.

Types of musculoskeletal disorders are arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, tendinitis, rotator cuff injuries, epicondylitis, trigger finger, bone fractures, muscle strains and low back injuries.
Some symptoms of MDSs are recurrent pain, stiff joints, swelling, and dull aches.
